POSITION SUMMARY: Position is responsible for implementing a process to effectively and expeditiously respond to equal opportunity complaints. Position manages two (2) employees. Position is counsel to the Equal Opportunity Board and MBE/WBE. |

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence. Position should have experience in legal setting and be familiar with legal proceedings |
