Petition Intake and Subdivision Administration
The Petition Intake and Subdivision Administration section involves the initial intake of land use petitions and the administration of residential subdivisions. The initial intake of petitions includes the receipt of petitions in the Current Planning offices, the review and docketing of the petition for an initial public hearing, and the preparation of legal notices. The administration of residential subdivisions includes the secondary review and approval of conditionally approved plat petitions prior to recordation, the review of covenant amendments, certificates of correction, horizontal property regimes and model home applications, and the administration of performance and maintenance bonds in order to ensure that required improvements in a residential subdivision are completed to the appropriate standards.
