Metropolitan Development Commission
By state law, the Metropolitan Development Commission is the citizen board that officially adopts the plan for the city and county. Adoption of the Community Values Component in February, 2002 provided a solid base to begin work on the Land Use component. The Commission adopted the Land Use Component in parts between August 2005 and December 2006.
