Tour of remaining Fall Creek Place housing opportunities scheduled for this weekend
Indianapolis – Interested homebuyers will have an opportunity to tour the remaining single-family homes and townhomes for sale in Fall Creek Place.
When: Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (both days)
Where: Nine homes in Fall Creek Place:

2201 and 2210 Alabama St.
2501 Park Ave.
2351 Pennsylvania St.
2301 New Jersey St.
519 Sutherland Place
2602 Central Ave.
After losing nearly 80 percent of its housing stock, Fall Creek Place is being transformed into a thriving, diverse community as the result of a $4 million Home Ownership Zone grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Upon completion, Fall Creek Place will feature more than 400 new homeownership opportunities created through a mixture of rehabilitation and new construction. Only 13 sites and homes remain available for sale in the development.
