Warren Township Neighborhood Liaison
Carmen Lethig
 Carmen Lethig joins the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services after earning a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University. Her studies emphasized city planning as well as community development and neighborhood issues. While in school she assisted with various projects in downtown Indianapolis including neighborhood planning and economic development initiatives.
Prior to returning to school, Carmen worked as a paralegal for a large downtown Indianapolis law firm where she specialized in the organization of corporations for recently merged companies. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University and is a member of the Indiana Planning Association.
