Gary Loveless came to the City of Indianapolis from Business Ownership Initiatives of Indiana, a local not-for-profit where as a Business Counselor he specialized in counseling existing businesses, healthcare-related businesses and not-for-profits. He previously was Executive Director of Handi-Capable Hands, Inc., a Perry Township not-for-profit sheltered workshop for the developmentally disabled. He established many beneficial relationships in the area while promoting the workshop, including media and business contacts.
Gary successfully managed health facilities for more than 10 years. He also served on neighborhood boards and on committees for Indianapolis Public Schools and the Indianapolis Police Department. |

Gary brings with him an excellent understanding of real estate issues, including developing, building, rezoning, and rehabilitating properties.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration summa cum laude from Indiana Institute of Technology.
