Dennis Papenmeier

Dennis is a long time resident of Indianapolis and readily claims Indy as his hometown. He graduated from Warren Central High School and even stayed in town for college, graduating from Butler University in 1989.
After graduating, Dennis began more than a decade of service with the City, including managing the City's street lighting program and the public information for the City's sanitary sewer extension program, as well as spending two years as the Wayne Township Administrator. |

After five years with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and two years with the Decatur Township Assessor's Office, Dennis has returned to the City to serve as the Mayor's Neighborhood Liaision for the south half of Center Township.
