Northeast Center Region Neighborhood Liaison
Charles Ingram
| Charles is a life-long resident of Indianapolis and he brings nearly 14 years experience of working in local government to the Neighborhood Services Division. His experience includes time with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department as a building deputy, a member of the Court Line Division, in addition to his time with the Indy Parks as a member of Indy Park Rangers. He experience and his ability to work closely with groups such as the Indianapolis Ten Point coalition, Indy PAL, and neighborhood groups, and the community-at-large will serve him as the Mayor’s Neighborhood Liaison for the Northeast Center Region. |

Charles has a passion for the martial arts and he is a 4-degree Tae-Kwon-Do, 6-degree Tang-Soo-Do. He was a 2004 Inductee of the Black Belt Hall of Fame for his outstanding commitment to self-defense training, including that specific to women’s self-defense.
Charles attended Clark College where his study focus was in Community Services.
