Before joining the Division of Neighborhood Services, Tonya Beeler worked for Quadel Consulting, a leading national corporation in the affordable housing industry.
Prior to that, Tonya earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2003, where she was the recipient of an esteemed HUD Fellowship. |

In addition to her professional experience, Tonya is an active participant in her Southeast neighborhood. She is coordinator of her block association and also serves on the Volunteer Committee at SEND CDC.
