Certified Technology Parks

Certified Technology Parks (CTP’s) are designed to encourage partnerships among communities, businesses and colleges/universities to promote new technology growth and encourage business clustering. The designation of a CTP allows local government to reinvest incremental retail and income taxes generated in the park back into the area that will then support infrastructure improvements, acquisition, demolition, construction and other public improvements within the park. Indianapolis has two CTP’s that are geared toward life sciences and high technology industries.

  • Indianapolis Life Sciences Research Community
Located near downtown Indianapolis focuses on creating a research community for life science related companies.

  • Intech Park
Located on the northwest side of Indianapolis offers office and research and development space to support high-growth, high technology companies.
