Wrecking Permits
Wrecking permits need to be signed by the title holder of the property, and obtained by either the property owner, general contractor, or wrecking contractor. In certain situations, a wrecking contractor is the only party who can obtain a wrecking permit.

Asbestos Program
Permit fees for demolition or removal of structures.
a. One- or two-family dwelling structures:
1. One- or two-family dwelling structures located on the same premises:
$65 up to 2 stories $25.00 for each additional story over 2
2. Accessory structure appurtenant to a one-or two-family dwelling
structure $40.00
b. Structures other than one- or two-family residential structures:
- one story:
a. Ground floor area up to 2,000 square feet $ 70.00
b. Ground floor area up to 4,000 square feet $ 135.00
c. Ground floor area up to 10,000 square feet $ 200.00
d. Ground floor area up to 20,000 square feet $ 285.00
e. Ground floor area over 20,000 square feet $ 560.00
2. For each additional story over one story, add 50% of the ground floor
area fee.
c. Smokestacks, aboveground storage tanks,
overhead hoppers or other similar structures:
$160 each, if unattached
