Utility Use Permit Decals

The Right of Way Use Permit in a sticker or decal form, generally is issued only to public utilities to allow them to perform normal work duties without the need to obtain a separate permit each time work is being done in the Right of Way.  The stickers are numbered and assigned to specific vehicles requested by the utility.  The sticker allows the user up to a total of 8 hours of time at a specific site location without prior authorization for a permit.  The sicker fee is $315.00 for each sticker and is valid for one calendar year.  The expiration date is December 31st of the year issued.
