Street Construction/Dedication
Proposed public and private street construction within the Consolidated City of Indianapolis shall be constructed in accordance to the current Department of Public Works Standards for street construction. All necessary permits and approvals must be obtained from the Department of Metropolitan Development, Division of Compliance, prior to commencing construction.
