IMPORTANT: The City of Indianapolis has modified its bid packets for public works projects. For all bids submitted for opening on October 30, 2003 and after, bidders must submit a subcontractor's list with their bid documents. Failure to submit the subcontractor's list at the time of bid submission shall cause the bid to be deemed non-responsive. Any questions about this modification should be directed to Bob Ransom of the City's Division of Equal Opportunity at 327-5261.
