Driveway permits are required for residential driveways to be connected to streets which have been or are proposed to be accepted by the City of Indianapolis. Residential driveways shall be constructed in accordance with Standard Plan 16-01 of the Department of Public Works Standards for Street and Bridge Design & Construction.
