Video Service Complaints

As of March 12, 2008, the IURC is empowered to enforce the FCC customer service standards video complaints for Comcast and AT&T because both entities are under a State certificate and not a local franchise.  Consumers with complaints regarding video franchise service should contact the Consumer Affairs Division at the IURC (Indiana Utility Regulatory Commision).  They can do this online through their website (www.in.gov/iurc), via telephone at (317) 232-2712 or toll-free at (800) 851-4268, or via fax at (317) 233-2410.
