  • Comcast and the Learning Center presented a $1000 scholarship to St. Barnabas Elementary School 4th grader Zach Ambs, winner of our "Everyday Heroes" contest.  Students throughout the Comcast system were encouraged to nominate a role model who touches his or her life on a daily basis.  Zach nominated one of the cooks in his school's cafeteria.  Zach and his hero were honored during a ceremony at the school in December 6.
