May 1998
- On May 18, 1998, Comcast sponsored the Lawrence Township Foundation’s "Light Their Future Dinner", honoring exceptional educators in the Lawrence Township Schools System.
- Comcast hosted Home & Garden Television’s (HGTV) seminars at two Lowe’s stores on May 30 in the Indianapolis area. The seminars featured HGTV on-air personalities Gary Allen and Paul James lecturing about various landscaping topics.
- Comcast was the media sponsor of the EDS Cup bicycle races May 29-31 at the Major Taylor Velodrome. The event featured NCAA champion and Olympic cyclists from all over the world.
