Production:
Educational Initiatives:

Assisted ETC in shutting down their channels for new headend installation and maintenance.

Developed and set up a channel message for the two channels, which are off line until early January.
Community Affairs:

Participated in a Road Runner launch planning meeting at the Adam's Mark downtown.

Met with Johnson Associates for a planning meeting on the next division newsletter scheduled for distribution in February.

Provided sponsorship for the Mayor's UNCF Ball at the Vincennes Aviation Facility at the airport.

Public Relations Manager, Al Aldridge, attended a Hispanic Joint Board Meeting at the Hispanic Education Center.

Vice President of Public Affairs, Shary Johnston, accompanied Road Runner General Manager, Bob Smith on a fact-finding mission at the TWC Minneapolis Division.

Coordinated with members of the media, the Democratic and Republican State committees to secure participants for the Time Warner sponsored Intro 2001 "Win Ben Stein's Money" event in support of Mental Health. Have confirmed Jim Shella, WISH-TV; Jon Schwantes, Indianapolis Star; Robin Winston, State Demo Chair, and Mike McDaniels, State Republican Chair for the event for January.
