Continued to produce nearly 20 hours of local origination programming each week for WTWE, Cable Channel 20.

Promoted local IPS student involvement in the Voices of Triumph - Black History Month recognition by cablecasting local spot announcements featuring numerous students who had produced "Voices of Triumph" commercials.
