Continued producing an average of 17 hours of local original programming on a weekly basis on WTWE Cable Channel 20. This includes "Direct Connection," a call-in program that features a different host for each day of the week: Monday - Sheila Seuss-Kennedy, Tuesday - Frank Short, Wednesday - Paula Parker-Sawyers, Thursday - Amos Brown, and Friday - Tom Alvarez. Public Access producers were responsible for 134.5 hours of programming for the month.

Developed and staffed a booth showcasing the Full Service Network at the NTIA Hearings at the State Government Center.

Helped to present a local cable presence by staffing the Time Warner booth at the "Corporate Showcase" during the National Urban League Convention in Indianapolis.

Supported the State Leukemia Society Fund Raiser by sponsoring Division President Jay Satterfield's grand slide into 1000 gallons of red gelatin during the annual "Gelatin Splash." American Cablevision's management staff contributed additional dollars to the effort which raised over $21,000 for the fight against Leukemia.

Provided support for the AKA National Conference here in Indianapolis.

Provided support for the Fiesta Indianapolis "Gala." The "Gala" is the Fiesta Indianapolis kickoff event for the September 17th Hispanic Heritage Month Festival at the American Legion Mall.
