- March 12, 2008: As of March 12, 2008, the IURC is empowered to enforce the FCC customer service standards video complaints for Comcast and AT&T because both entities are under a State certificate and not a local franchise. Consumers with complaints regarding video franchise service should contact the Consumer Affairs Division at the IURC (Indiana Utility Regulatory Commision). They can do this online through their website (www.in.gov/iurc), via telephone at (317) 232-2712 or toll-free at (800) 851-4268, or via fax at (317) 233-2410.

- December 14, 1999: Comcast files transfer papers with City to acquire Time Warner
Comcast of Indianapolis filed documents with the City of Indianapolis to acquire the Time Warner system within the City. The filing starts a 120 day clock in which the City has an opportunity to review the documents and for the City-County Council to decide upon the proposed transfer. The transfer documents will be available for public inspection at the Cable Communications Agency Offices during normal business hours. The Cable Agency also is interested in receiving input from the public who wish to comment to the proposed transfer. Comments are preferred to be in writing and sent to the Cable Agency at G19 City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
