Monday, October 6
  Voter Registration deadline for the general election
  First day to vote in-office for the general election
     -  Marion County Clerk's Office

Friday, October 17
  Pre-election campaign finance reports due by NOON

Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, November 2
  Early absentee voting at two satellite locations from 
   11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, including both weekends:
      - J. Everett Light Career Center
        1901 E. 86th St. [map]
      - Southport Community Center
        6901 Derbyshire Rd. [map]

Monday, October 27 (midnight)
 
Applications to vote absentee by mail must be received
   no later than midnight. Applications postmarked on or
   before October 27 and received after this date will not
   be accepted.

Monday, November 3
  Early in-office absentee voting ends at noon in the
   Clerk's office only

Tuesday, November 4
  General Election; polls open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  Absentee ballots must be received by 6 p.m.
   Ballots postmarked on or before November 4 and
   received after this date may not be counted.
