Permits: The Office of the Code Enforcement grants a number of building-related permits and documents. Some of these may be required during the drainage, sanitary, transportation, and flood design and development of subdivisions, non-residential, and residential projects within Marion County. You can submit some permit applications through the web, and others you can download and print.
Enhanced Access Permits Services: Enhanced access services are provided by CivicNet. In order to apply for and receive permits online, you must have both a subscription to CivicNet and pre-approval from the Office of Code Enforcement.
