The 2008 Grant Management Policies & Procedures (January 2008) document consists of three sections:

  1. The first section provides reference information regarding grant programs administered by the Division of Community Development, including definitions and eligibility requirements.

  2. The second section details the processes in place to access federal funds through the Division of Community Development.

  3. The third section highlights the principle federal regulations and local ordinances governing all Division of Community Development grant contracts.
